My photographer recently launched an updated website for her business, which is quite impressive since she also just gave birth to her second child a few months ago.
Along with the relaunch, she started a blog. I've been dying for her to start a business blog, primarily because I love to read photography blogs and I always learn interesting things from them. But it's one of those time commitment things, and especially when it can't just be about what you ate for lunch today.
A few days ago she posted about being able to fake a posed shot that didn't happen, and my brain just about exploded. I did not know you could do that. Now I am much, much less worried about the awkward faces I make all the time - she can just put a better version of me in as needed. Or, you know, Anne Hathaway.

What a relief that your head did not actually explode. That would have been hard for me to fix. :P
I baked an apple pie the other day and thought of how spiced apples and vanilla would smell in a barn in late September, and of how you and Diamond always visit the orchard.
Of course, I'm weird like that. I think it'd be fun to go to a reception where they served pizza too :) And BTW, I booked a gal yesterday for July 4th who's using aqua and emerald as well and holding her reception in a barn too, only hers still has tractors and donkeys in it!
Awesome! Can I think of her wedding as your rehearsal for mine? ;) It will be cool to see pictures from the two side by side.
Spiced apples and vanilla are good smells. I saw a recipe for an apple galette like that the other day, I might make it this weekend.
